WHY THE FMA SCHOOL ALLIANCE EXISTS
Filipino Martial Arts is practiced all over the world - with countless systems, lineages, and traditions. But for too long, many schools have operated alone, isolated, or divided by style or affiliation. The FMA School Alliance was created to change that. Our purpose is simple: To unite the FMA community and expand world wide awareness through respect, collaboration, and brotherhood/sisterhood—without requiring anyone to change their style, curriculum, lineage, or organization.

Do I need certification, or do I have to change my curriculum, ranks, or lineage?
No. You remain fully independent. There’s no requirement to change your lineage, curriculum, ranking structure, or identity. The Alliance is designed to support schools while respecting the integrity of each system.
What do Alliance Schools receive after joining?
Alliance Schools receive an official Alliance School certificate, optional directory/map listing (only if you want it), an FMA branding kit (badges/logos/graphics), and access to a wider network of instructors and school owners.
