
Thank you for your support of the Philippine Martial Arts Alliance. We value your participation in our programs, memberships, and events. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds before completing your purchase.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products - including online training, instructor certification courses, memberships, and downloadable materials - are final and non-refundable.
Once access is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
PMAA memberships and ongoing subscription programs require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] (or through the official PMAA portal) to ensure proper processing and to avoid future billing.
3. Event Registrations and Seminars
For international events, all registrations are non-refundable. For domestic (in-person) and virtual events, payments are non-refundable, but participants may receive a credit toward a future PMAA event
4. Billing and Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact PMAA immediately at [email protected]. We will review your account and correct any verified discrepancies as appropriate.
