1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products - including online training, instructor certification courses, memberships, and downloadable materials - are final and non-refundable.


Once access is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

PMAA memberships and ongoing subscription programs require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] (or through the official PMAA portal) to ensure proper processing and to avoid future billing.

3. Event Registrations and Seminars

For international events, all registrations are non-refundable.
For domestic (in-person) and virtual events, payments are non-refundable, but participants may receive a credit toward a future PMAA event

4. Billing and Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact PMAA immediately at [email protected]. We will review your account and correct any verified discrepancies as appropriate.
