MASTER ROBERT HALL

AGE: 80 years old

• Veteran of 27 years with the USAF
• 16 years with Sarpy County Sheriff

Master Robert Hall had a passion for education during his lifetime when he completed:

• 1 Associates Degree
• 2 Bachelor’s Degrees
• Master’s Degree along with many other certifications and training

Robert joined the United States Air Force in March of 1967, in which he served for over 27 years before retiring with the Rank of Colonel in May of 1994. During this his time in the Air Force, he served as:

• United States Air Force Colonel
• F-100 Fighter Pilot in Vietnam
• F-111 Fighter Pilot in Thailand

Received numerous decorations and medals such as:

• Defense Superior Service Medal
• Distinguished Flying Cross with One Oak Leaf Cluster
• Defense Meritorious Service Medal
• Air Medal with Twelve Oak Leaf Clusters
• Joint Service Commendation Medal
• Air Force Commendation Medal

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Robert joined the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Department in June of 1995, where he served as a Deputy for over 16 years until his retirement in January 2012. During his time with the Sheriff’s Department, Robert expressed a passion for firearms instruction and provided training to each new deputy serving the citizens of Sarpy County. During this time Robert implemented the Patrol Rifle Program, which is still utilized today by the department. Robert also had a passion for Martial Arts. After retiring from the Air Force, he pursued his passion in the Martial Arts where he achieved the following:

• Secretary-General of the Philippine Martial Arts Alliance
• Master Instructor of the Martial Arts International
• Instructors Training Program Director
• Colored Belt Curriculum Director
• 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae/Kwon Do/Tang Soo Do
• 2nd Degree Black Belt in Philippine Combatives System
• 1st Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Dottie; daughter Malia Huxhold (Matthew Lombardi), son Dewayne Hall (Sheri); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother Charles Hall (Jeannie).

Master Robert Hall lived a full and adventurous life; he will be missed by all those that knew him.
